Villa Aglaia is a stunning, very well-equipped luxury villa offering spectacular sea views across the Ionian to Zakynthos as well as stunning mountain views. It has a large infinity pool with built in Jacuzzi with a spacious sun terrace containing ample comfortable sunbeds, outside shower and plenty of shaded areas to relax, dine or have that morning coffee / night-time drink whilst soaking in the spectacular views. There is also an outside BBQ kitchen area with dining table and garden furniture to relax in. The property itself consists of the main villa as well as a self-contained guest house. Both are fully airconditioned throughout with 4 x Ensuite bedrooms sleeping 8 people, 3 bedrooms in the villa and 1 in the guest house. Villa Aglaia is set in a very peaceful, tranquil setting within its own 1 acre of gated private gardens amongst Olive groves and farmland on the Eastern edge of the typically Greek Village of Mavrata (Μαυρατα Mavrata Village is a small, quiet village with a rich history. and is also home to the wonderful traditional family run taverna Elios literally just a few minutes walk away.
Just to the West of Villa Aglaia, sits the beautiful fishing village of Katelios (Κατέλιος) with its many local taverns serving delicious seafood and Greek cuisine right at the water side on the lovely sandy beach of Katelios bay.
